Gauge visual displays incorrect result
I created a very simple PBI report with only these three queries.
Query titled "Budget_Data:

Query titled "Actual_Data":
|
|
Query titled “Organization_Dim” |
|
I used the Q&A visualization and asked "budget v actual as gauge." Why did I get this result?\
This yellow highlighted amount of 2000000 should be half that: 1000000 instead.
The blue portion, representing the actual, should stop at 250000.
Can someone please tell me what's going on? Several people have already tried to troubleshoot this with me, and none have been able to get the anticipated result.
If you want precise control over which measures should go in which data buckets of your gauge (i.e. actual / budget / max) then you'll want to drag the gauge visual to the canvas and set it up yourself rather than do so via Q&A.
