Gateway won't access Network Folder

I'm using a excel file located on \\192.168.0.205\publica\notas_de_devolução_01_02_2021.xlsx. to build my data model. It works fine on PowerBi Desktop, but when I publish it and try to refresh, the gateway won't work. It says my credentials are invalid, but I'm 100% sure they are right.
Do I have to change the Gateway service account?

My gateway is located on a Virtual Machine IP 192.168.0.230, and the file-server is located on 192.168.0.205. I have different user names and passwords to access each VM.

Hi @diegomengue ,

The gateway is outside of your network and has to use a FQDN to get to any files.  It has no idea what that internal 193.... IP address is.  You have to use something like \\servername\folder\file  structure.  When you set up the gateway, you can use the "test connection" to confirm that it is working.

But I can access the file at \\192.168.0.205\publica\notas_de_devolução_01_02_2021.xlsx when I'm using the gateway VM. I don't understand why the gateway doesn't work.
