Gateway refresh not refreshing

Hi,

I am having a problem with my gateway refresh.

I do not see an error after the scheduled refresh is complete. When I check the report, the data has not been updated with the new data. As you can see the refresh history below, is showing scheduled completed. I have no idea what to do next or how to make it work.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Can you shed some light on the following:

    • How do you come to the conclusion that your data is not up-to-date?(dataset or report or dashboard)
    • What is your datasource and connection mode?
    • If you manually update the dataset you do have the latest data?

      • How do you come to the conclusion that your data is not up-to-date?(dataset or report or dashboard)

        • For testing, I took some screenshots to show data on current report. After scheduled refresh is complete, the data shows no change compared to the screenshots. When manually refreshing the report, I was able to see the expected changes. I tried this process a few times and realized the scheduled refresh automation is not working for me.  

      • What is your datasource and connection mode?
        • I use ODBC to connect to snowflake
      • If you manually update the dataset you do have the latest data?
        • After manually updating, I am able to see the latest data.
