Gateway problem in VDI.
1.Failed to update gateway details. You may need to change the account the gateway runs under.
2.Ensure network access is functioning correctly. Firewall and proxy configurations may need to be changed.
3.Gateway service connectivity check failed. Common issues can be found at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=838272.
Below is the stack trace:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

I noticed the 407 error. You could configure your enterprisegatewayconfigurator.exe.config file like the following ducument.

Not certain but it looks like it has to do with Proxy Authentication... 🙂
Really difficult to troubleshoot in the forums but someone may have seen this before. Otherwise, you could check the Issues forum here:

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Hi Anonymous ,
