Hi everyone.
I have a Virtual Machine where I installed On-Premises Data Gateway (Personal mode).
In the Virtual Machine I have 2 users who can access it.
1 - admin
2 - dev
Until a few weeks ago this Gateway was linked to the "dev" user, now I know that upon entering the Virtual Machine the gateway is sometimes operational and active by the "admin" user and this blocks the correct functioning and consequent refresh of the report to which is connected.
So I need to terminate the Gateway task linked to the "admin" user and activate it on the "dev" user.
I honestly don't understand what happened.
How can I make the gateway work and be installed on the Virtual Machine but only with "dev" accounts?
Thnx a lot

Hi @Z_BI ,
You can install the gateway on a "Dev" and turn it off when you don't want to do any refreshing, so that the gateway will not be active.
Hope it helps!
