Gateway not configured correctly

Hi Community,

 

I have a dataset having two data sources: Python and Sharepoint and published it successfully to the Power BI service.

 

I tried to install two gateways and configured them for dataset refresh: Python (using personal gateway), Sharepoint (using standard gateway). However, it showed the warning as below. (Picture 1)

 

I have done some checks and tried to solve the problems but it does not go through:
- I double-check the credential

- All the box are ticked in the settings (Picture 2)

 

How can I successfully connect these data sources to gateways and do the refresh?

    Usually you will need one gateway.
    If you need more than one you have to add needed connections to your sources on every gateway.

    Take care for Python, unfortunately there are not all libraries installed in Service.
    Fabric (notebooks) is doing better in this topic.
