Gateway, need to use Virtual Machine
Hi Team, We are doing the Power BI migration from tenant A to tenant B. In tenant A they have used Virtual machine to connect to Gateway.. If we need to do for tenant B, what needs to be done, ...

The gateway VMs need to have direct line of sight to the on-premise data sources. Ideally they should be in the same subnet so you can minimize the network latency.

Sorry, the question was not clear.
We’re migrating Power BI content from Tenant A to Tenant B. In Tenant A, there is an gateway installed on a virtual machine, which connects to on-premises data sources.
Question: a. Can we reuse the same VM OR we need to use a new VM for Tenant B?

You will need a new VM (or multiple!) that has direct line of sight to the on-premise data sources in Tenant B.
