Gateway issue

Hi all,

I`m having issues with scheduled refresh on a report published from an exxternal desktop. The data consists of 3 sources. 

The error I am getting is the following:

"Gateway on endpoint '<ii>sb://wabi-north-europe-relay18.servicebus.windows.net/bf07d6e5-dfd9-4396-aa9a-81c382edeea3/</ii>' is unreachable"

So, 2 of the data sources seems fine when pressing "play" on the gateway on powerbi.com. 

Source number 3 has this error, when trying to add it to the list:

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . Details: "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance.

Is there any advanced options in your query?(append, combine, merge, reference other query, invoke custom functions...)

Can you please provide more detail informations about your scenario?(datasource type, connection mode, detail error message, gateway log, refresh history)

BTW, you can also take a look at support page, if you are facing known issues which list on support page.

Hello,

There are no advanced options in the query. The source is a SQL database, and the data is fetched through a procedure. 

When trying to add the connection this error is recieved:

"Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . Details: "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."Hide details

Hi @srv123,

Do you mean you are using power bi to invoke sql stored procedure to get data, right? Which connection mode you used?

If you mean directquery, current power bi not support to invoke stored procedure in directquery mode.
