Gateway is disabled

Hi,

 

My report's scheduled refresh failed today due to some gateway error. I have checked in the gateway connection settings and it shows "Gateway or datasources not reachable":

 

I tried by upgrading to latest verison of Power BI gateway but it still didn't work. Also checked in the task manager where status is running:

 

Please suggest how to overcome with this issue.

    Hi

     

    It is working fine now. the problem was with the data source as it was not accessible because server was shutdown due to unknown reason.

    Hi there

     

    What happens if you log into the Gateway Software, and do a Network Ports test?

      Hi GilbertQ ,

       

      It shows "the gateway is online and ready to be used" when login to gateway software. Also done netwrok ports test and it also shows status as succeeded.

      I have also restarted the gateway just to check if it works but it still doesn't work and shows the same message at power bi service: "Gateway or datasources not reachable"

    Can you confirm that you got access to the data sources or an admin in the gateway
