Gateway installation problem on Windows Server 2019 Standard

Please help.

I can't install the Gateway on my server. I have downloaded the gateway through Power Bi service. I also installed the NET. Framework 4.8 on my local server. But the execution of the Gateway reports that the version of the Net Frame is not the right one. On the other hand the NET Framework 4.8.1 is not compatible with the local system.

What to do please my head is already heating?😇😒

I have not had an issue installing the Gateway before. What I can suggest is to make sure you have installed the 64bit of the .Net Framework?

Make sure you install the runtime version.

In fact I have installed the Devpack, not the runtime. It's ok now
