Gateway connections not loading

I've been trying to make gateway connections so that all the info I have in my Power Bi is visible to anyone I share it to. I succesfully made the gateway and connection, yet the data still isn't loading. I'll include a few pictures below but if anyone has any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong, I could use all the help I can get. Thanks!

  • Hi CalebG ,

After establishing the connection between the data source and the gateway, you still need to apply to the corresponding dataset, please open the dataset settings page and map the dataset to the corresponding data source. As the following shows:

Also, if your dashboard contains other datasets, configure the gateway for them as well to ensure that all local datasets are successfully configured.

CalebG  - What is the error message you are getting?  Are you using on-prem data source or cloud datasource?

Try this step see if it resolves. Make sure the below setting is turned on in gateway cluster setting.

Re-enter the Datasource credentials. Maksure the privacy is set to 'Organistaional'.
