Gateway connection is disabled
Hi All,
Recently i restarted the on premises gateway server due to performance issue, now i am getting the error message was gateway connection is disabled and i checked in task manager under services on-premises gateway is running and i checked in services.msc also it was running.Could anyone please help me on this how to resolve this error.

1. Whether the gateway is updated to the latest version, if not, update it to the latest version.

2. You can try the gateway interface – Network ports test – Start new test.
3. Check whether the Status in the gateway interface shows online.
