Gateway configured incorrectly error when creating new oracle connection in on premises gateway

- ORA-28000 means that the account that you tried to use is locked because some privileged user disabled the ability of connection, or attempt connections with wrong passwords exceeded the limit.
- The Int32 timeout is likely linked to the ORA-28000 issue, as repeated failed logins (due to misconfiguration) can delay connections and lock the account.

Super UserI am using ORA 28000? That's the lockout error message ?
yes that is error message, I am not much aware of Oracle specific settings, I need to check with DBA , Also I am able to connect to database from Oracle SQL Developer and getting ORA 28000 account locked error message when configuring in On premises gateway. Also I checked gateway logs and it is showing Int32 timeout error.Please suggest!
