Hello, I have a personal gateway installed, but everytime that I try to refresh the data appears the following error: "we couldn't refresh because your data gateway (Power BI – personal) is offline...

As the error stated, the issue is caused by that the personal gateway is not running or accessible. You need to go to the server which hosts the personal gateway, then start the personal gateway, make sure it's running smoothly.

I tried to open the gateway but appears the following error :
i tried to connect to the error but didn't responded.Do you have any ideia how to solve this issue?

Hi Sea_and_Anne,
Please try the solution posted by mwaltercpa in this similar thread: Personal Gateway: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
