I am wondering if you would look at the one that works and the one that you have and compare the difference. I see that they are both "organizational" but do you have the same permission type (basic vs oauth) in the one that works and the one that does not. Also, is this the exact same data source in the gateway? Also, are you using the EXACT same link in both the Desktop and the Service. (To confirm look at every character to confirm - not just that they look alike, I have been burned by this in the past.)
