Gateway access to shared folder

Hello community! I have a problem with accessing a shared folder from the gateway to schedule the automatic update. From the server where I have installed the gateway and Power BI Desktop (192.168....

    Hi Raul ,

     

    Make sure these files or folder are shared and your gateway has access. The credential you add to the data source should be the credential of the machine which your gateway is installed.

That error suggests your username and password are being rejected. Are you running in a domain setup? 

If so try the domain name\username eg DOMAIN\Administrator.

 

If not give the computer name\Administrator
