Gateway Went Offline ( Data Gateway Personal Mode )

 

Hi Everyone , 

I'm basic here as well as with the technical here. 
i always receive Offline Gateway while it was online on Friday , Saturday and Sunday are holidays. Therefore i couldn't connect to the internet . So my Laptop went offline. Until today , My Gateways Still Offline. 

Any idea how to fix this ?

    Hi Chanleakna123,

     

    Please go to the machine which has on-premises data gateway (personal mode) installed. Launch the on-premises data gateway (personal mode), then sign in with your Power BI service account. 

     

    After the status display as The gateway is online and ready to be used, please go to Dataset settings again. Check if the on-premises data gateway (personal mode) is online.
