Hi All,
I'm testing the incremental refresh on a large data model.
The data source is VERTICA DB with native connector.
When I published the dataset there are no errors. But when I reloaded the data on powerBI online for the first time I get this error:
{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_AdoNetProviderExecuteQueryTimeoutError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_AdoNetProviderExecuteQueryTimeoutError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}
Can anyone help me solve the problem?
And you have a working gateway which you use regularly for other refreshes? Cloud or on-prem.
Regards.
Hi @AlessioChiaramo ,
Thanks for the reply from lbendlin , please allow me to provide another insight:
There are several possible reasons for incremental refreshout outouts:
The solution is to verify the query fold.
The solution is to reduce the size of the model, enable the large model storage format or start the initial refresh.
The solution is to cover the time limit in the inquiry expression.

Is it reproducible? Have you tried using the ODBC driver instead? Have you raised a ticket?
