Gateway (Standard)

Hi,

During the last week, I was been trying to connect the gateway between an FTP (that I insert as "web publish") and the power bi online, in order to update all the data online. But unfortunately, there was an error that I have not been able to resolve until today.
Can anyone help me?

First Error:

"It is not possible to schedule the update of this dataset because the following data sources do not currently support the update:
Data source for Query1
Detect Data Sources"

Second Error:

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to. Details: "We were unable to register this data source for any gateway instances in this cluster. 
See more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."

Are you sure that FTP is supported via the Web call?

I have not seen this successfully done in the past

The first thing that I would do is to update your gateway.  If it worked in the past and now doesn't I am betting it has to do with the version of the gateway and it not matching the original file or someting like that.  So, while your at it, update the Power BI Desktop to and that way you know that you have the latest and greatest version of both.  Let us know if that works out!
