christinepayton, that's the problem.

 

We know we don't need to use the gateway, but because the service thinks that the file is still on the C: drive it's trying to force us to use the gateway. It's the fact that

the system is still looking at the C: drive that's causing us the problem. The files are now on Sharepoint.

If Service is still asking for that, it sounds like at least one of the source tables is still pointing wrong at the dataflow. Open dataflow again and check every table to make sure that the sources are not files but onedrive/sharepoint. Save it and go to Data Source Credentials of the schedule refresh of the dataflow to edit sharepoint/onedrive credentials. If you can configure them all, then apply a schedule. The gateway request shouldn't be a problem.
