Gateway Question

Will Gateway behave differently for reports which are published from Power BI Desktop and for the reports published from Power BI Report Builder when they are opened in Power Bi Service. 

I am seeing strange behavior in Power BI service when I am open my paginated reports.  when opening the report, It is spinning(loading) and then all the menus are disabled, and the report is blank.

The Gateway is running but not fetching data for paginated reports which were working fine for the past six months in Power BI service.

But other Dashboards and reports which are published from Desktop works fine in power bi service using the same gateway.

Any Quick Help is appreciated.
