Gateway Personal mode keeps closing

1. How about using the On-premises data gateway (not the personal mode)?
2. Can you check the Windows Event logs to see what happened?
3. Can you even use the personal gateway for a while?
4. Do you have the latest version of Data Gateway?

- For whatever reason, I can't get it to install on my server
2. Can you check the Windows Event logs to see what happened?
- I tried that but I don't really know what I am after
3. Can you even use the personal gateway for a while?
- Yes, the personal gateway works for days at a time.
4. Do you have the latest version of Data Gateway?
- Yes
Does it make a difference if the gateway is running as a service on the server?
