Gateway Performance PBI template file fails to refresh

Hello,

I'm attempting to setup/use  the Gateway Performance PBI template but it fails on refresh with the below messages.  I could use some help identifying the fail point.

- the log directory is correct and I have confirmed that the files are in the folder

- I have confirmed that the GatewayCore.dll is configured to enable both the Query Exectution Report and System counter Report.

- I have downloaded a new version of the template

- The gateway is at the newest version.

Thoughts?

HI @mgaynor ,

The June gateway update was just released.  I would suggest updating the gateway to that version first to se if that resolves it for you.  This appears to have been a problem in an older version of the gateway during refreshes (like a 2020 version from what I can tell).  Let us know if you update the gateway and still encounter this issue.
