Gateway Not configured correctly.
Frostbitte Unlike personal gateway, you need to add data sources to the gateway and then make sure that those are shared with the appropriate users.
Thanks for the tip, I do believe I tried that. But maybe I missed that part?

Frostbitte So are you clicking on the Add to gateway link? Does the server have a "t" drive? Do you get a prompt for credentials? Does the credential you are putting in have access to the t drive and to that file path?

Yes, clicking that Add to Gateway link brings up the setup connection window. Adding the user domain\username and password doesn't work. Brings up the error in stated above even though it's the same user that has access to the T: drive and file. There's is a T: drive but older documentation shows you should try to use the full path i.e. \\server\sharepath\file. The credentials being used do have access to that drive and file.
