Hi,
I recently joined to another company and there is one report that is not refreshing online.
It was my first time to encounter the issue.
{"error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthFailedToGetResourceIdError","pbi.error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthFailedToGetResourceIdError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: XXXX
In desktop, it is refreshing successfully.
I tried to follow the solution from other threads like changing the connection to private but still giving me the issue.
Another thing I noticed is a random table name it is showing in the error msg (the last part)
By the way, they are using a personal gateway installed to a physical pc
If any of you have any idea how to solve to issue, that is very much appreciated.
Thank you

Hi , @mussaenda
The error message "DMTS_OAuthFailedToGetResourceIdError" indicates that there is an issue with the OAuth token used to authenticate the connection to the data source. This error can occur if the token has expired or if there is an issue with the gateway configuration.
Based on your current communication, the connection is using one personal gateway installed on the physical computer, so the first thing is to make sure if your physical computer that installed the gateway can have access to the datasource using any authorization method? What's more, if the authorization method is using OAuth2, I believed that this data source is based on cloud, so if there's any chance for your to directly try the connection using "Edit credential" instead of using any gateway as the "blocking" in the connection? Thanks!
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
Best Regards,
Aniya Zhang

I tried accessing the database where the gateway is installed, it is connecting successfully.
And, you are right!
Using the edit credentials, entered everything again, connected to the dataset, and gave it a refresh, it refreshed. They are using the basic connection credential to the database.
I even updated the gateway to the latest one. Not sure if it added a factor.
Thank you for helping! I am glad that we are able to refresh the reports successfully now.
Thank you!!!
