Gateway Error - Unable to refresh or connect

I am getting the following error.  However if I login to my data gateway on the server it says I am connected and everything is ok. I am unable to edit any of my connection information in the Power BI Service and am unable to even test the connection.  Also when I click the link that says "Troubleshoot connetion problems" it takes me to a bad url.   Everything was working great, and then a week ago everything stopped even though no changes have been made. Please help me get this resolved.

    What happens if you refresh that particular project using the Power BI Desktop?  I notice the error says "SQL Exception encountered while access the target data source"

    Hi signasl,

     

    Please make sure the credential you typed in gateway configuration still has access to data resource. If data connection is Ok, and you were able to refresh the same dataset with same credential in desktop, please restart your data gateway for a test.

      Hi there, can you ensure that the credentials are correct to underlying SQL Server Source?

      Likewise if you can test that the query runs successfully on the SQL Server Source?
