Gateway Error - Unable to refresh or connect

Microsoft EmployeeHi signasl,
Please make sure the credential you typed in gateway configuration still has access to data resource. If data connection is Ok, and you were able to refresh the same dataset with same credential in desktop, please restart your data gateway for a test.
