Gateway Enterprise Server Logoff

Hello guys,

 

My gateway stopped loading data

Server, Gateway and Service "On-premisses" are running not logged,

When someone is logged on the server the data load works, when not logged in it doesn't work

 

Appreciate.

    Hi there

    That is very unusual, could it be that there are some power settings on the server where it goes to sleep after a certain amount of time if no one is logged in?

    I would have a look at the Power Settings

    "My gateway stopped loading data" could you plz provide the error message if any?

      PT-BR to En-US

       

      Processing error: The data gateway is offline or cannot be reached. Make sure the computer running the gateway is powered on during the update period.
