Hi,
After making a few report visual changes, I republished the report using the same name to the same workspace.
The report previously had a gateway, after the republish the gateway got disabled.
Do we have to create/enable gateways every time after a republish?
Thanks.
Hi @Anonymous Did you make any changes to the datasource or add a new datasource.
There are two reasons why your semantic model won't be mapped to the gateway connection anymore.
1. The datasource in the semantic model was changed or an additional source added to the model.
2. Your permission to the gateway connection was removed or deleted.
Check the original gateway connection if you still have the requriered permission and it wasn't removed. Easiest fix is to create the gateway connection/s.
@Anonymous
mmmh, sounds strange. This behaviour is not common.
You are sure about the naming?
I was never faced with this kind of behaviour so far.
Regards
