Hi Anonymous
I can see 2 issues, the first is like StefanoGrimaldi said then you might need to install a personal Gateway in your computer and the second one is that your Excel file is a 32 bit version. there is no 32 bit Gateway.

the path you using with that user have a gateway installed? and wicth type of gateway? for example you should path the file location via a on-primse gateway using the path of the same machin the gateway its, maybe this can help with the issue.

Hi,
Im using standered gateway for the process. As you can see on the above image, I think gateway for the DB is success. Only remaining is 2 local files.
I couldnt find the issue.
Do I need to add both personal and standered gateway for continue the process ?

Hi Anonymous,
It seems like your report used multiple types of data sources. For power bi refresh operations, you need to configure all of the data sources that your report used.
If you are working with reports that mixed both on premise and cloudy data source, please turn on the use gateway to handle the cloudy datasource option.
Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources
