Hi,
1) Is it possible for us to download every gateway to Excel at once from the services?
2) If we modify the password for the service account, every gateway becomes inaccessible. Is there another procedure that allows the gateways to automatically update the old password with the new one?

actually, we have almost 500 to 600 standard gateways within our organization. Now, what's happening is that passwords are going to expire, so we need to change all the gateway passwords. For that, we need to collect all the gateway names. Is there any option to download all the gateway details at once? And do we have any option to change all the gateways' passwords at once?"

500 gateways? Are they all single machine gateways? You may want to consider consolidating them into larger clusters.
Which passwords? Connection passwords? Those are not your problem, let the connection owners handle these.
I hope you didn't change the service account the gateways are running under. That is best kept at the default setting.
