Gantt chart will not render correctly in Power BI Service

Team,

 

I am using Gantt chart 2.2.0 and the visual displays OK on desktop, but does not always display on the Power BI service? It just shows a blank visual.  This has just started over the last few weeks.

 

Has anyone else noticed this?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I tried using Gantt 2.2.3 and my Power BI Desktop version is November 2019, didn't meet this kind of issue.

    I suggest you to create a new visual with another data source to see if all Gantt Chart visuals have this issue.

    Otherwise, please update Power BI Desktop and Gantt Chart to the latest version and see if the issue still exists.
