Dear community,
I have a report connected to about 30 dataflows. For the new fiscal year, I would like to publish a new version of the report.
Also, I would like to archive the current report. Is there any possibility to freeze the report?
The problem is that my new report will use the same dataflows and the data within the flows will be changed. Therefore, if somebody would refresh the dataset of my old/archived report, the data would change.
Thanks for your support. 🙂
Solved! Go to Solution.
Create a copy of that report and on the one you want to archive, right click on each query and unselect Include in report refresh:
Publish it with the changes.
