Hi Admin,

In my organization it is showing the free Trials are around 32000 users, but in the organization we dont have half of the count of employs. What might be the reason that is displaying huge count.

Hi @Shiva3333,

Based on my research, could you have checked if your employees' accounts are assigned admin roles, if their accounts are admin roles, they could create several accounts in the AAD or in the O365:
