Free license user can't access shared reports

Hi We have a free license user who is being prompted to upgrade to Power Bi Pro when trying to access shared reports.  The user is unsure whether she had signed up for the pro trial previously.   Is...

    Yes, once trial expires User will no longer access content shared by other users.

    User need Pro licence to view report shared by others or the workspace should backed by Premium capacity.

Hi sgenan ,

 

After copying the report to the Premium capacity workspace, regenerate the share link. Then let the free user open the link to view the report

      Hi sgenan 

      Make sure you're using a Premium Capacity workspace, Premium Per User does not alow free access.
