Helper IIIFree Users on Premium Workspace
Hello, i have a questions. So, i have a premium capacity content workspace i grand acces from interface to two of my colegues, one as a member, one as a viewer, both with no Pro licence. But if they want to acces the workspace it will keep ask them for a Licence upgrade for Pro and they can't view the workspace, only if i grand accces for independent reports from the Workspace. Do i miss something here? They should have a view of the workspace itself if is a premium content workspace, right?

With a workspace backed by a Premium capcity, you can only assign users with a Power BI Free licence to the viewer role.
Any other role, allows them to carry out actions, which require a Power BI Pro licence. So if a user has a Power BI Free licence, then they can only view reports. All other actions require at a Power BI Free licence. Yes this is not clear, and requires some reading / interpration.
