Forwarding/sharing reports

Hello everyone, I have the Power BI PRO version (we are Microsoft Silver Partner and all employees have a Power BI PRO version). Now I would like to release the reports I have created to some colleagues so that they can also see the reports and filter or select them according to their criteria. Can my colleagues - who all have a PRO version - receive my reports?

Thanks in advance!

Hi. Yes they can. You can share with them in many ways. The most recommeneded one is using PowerBi Apps to configure audiences of a all the reports in a workspace. You can also add them to workspaces. Finally the pratice that's difficult to track would be sharing by individual reports.

With PRO developments, you can share to PRO. Everything should be ok.

I hope that helps,
