Format Options are Unavailable

I am working on a report in PowerBI Service and have been trying to format my visuals but the fields under the formating options are missing? It just shows a plain gray space where before I was able to adjust colors, labels, etc. Could there be something wrong with my program?

    You need to update Power BI Desktop. You still have the yellow indicators. MS dropped that back in late 2022. 

     

    That should not cause the break though unless there is an incompatibility with webview2 and your older program. You probably just need to restart the desktop, or possibly your PC.

    I am editing directly through Power BI Service on the cloud and there isnt an available refresh button. I am wondering if I need to reach out to IT dept for admin support? Cant seem to find additional information online.
