Forecast in Line Chart
I do not see any forecast option available in Power BI while creating line chart
Hi powerbiexpert22,
- Use a Line chart (not Area/Combo/custom).
- Put a Date (or numeric) field on the X-axis and set the X-axis Type = Continuous.
- Put one measure in Values (no Legend/multiple series).
- Click the visual, open the Analytics pane, expand Forecast, and click Add. See Microsoft’s guide: Use the Analytics pane to apply forecasting.
