Helper IFolder Data Source not getting connected or refreshed in Power BI service
Hello,
I have a PBI report which has two folders (stored in onedrive- added shortcut) which are being used in the report. On PBI desktop refresh is working fine, but once I upload on PBI service, and try to refresh, it is saying unable to find the folder/file location. I am sharing the error box below. Any suggestion or advice would be of great help!

HI rahuldas_vgm ,
The issue appears to be that you are trying to use a local drive ('C:\Users\Rahul.Das\OneDrive -......" ) . The service needs to have the FQDN file path in the gateway and not just the "C" drive. This is because the "C" drive is only meaningful to the local computer. This article may be helpful:

rahuldas_vgmThank You collinq for the help. I believe the problem was with the older version of Gateway, which on updating resolved the issue for me. Thank You again. 🙂
