Create a measure.
measure =
MINX (
FILTER ( ALL ( table ), table[item id] = SELECTEDVALUE ( table[item id] ) ),
table[receiptdate]
)
Or a column.
column =
MINX (
FILTER ( ( table ), table[item id] = EARLIER ( table[item id] ) ),
table[receiptdate]
)
