A Dataflow is stored on a Workspace. I have some Dataflows that I can use when building reports. I need to access those Dataflows in order to edit them and understand where are they collecting data.

in my opinion the easiest way is in Power BI Desktop.
Go to "Get data" --> "Power Platform" --> "Power BI dataflows":
In the upcoming Navigator you can see all data flows to which you have access and in the workspace they are located in:
This should give you a good overview on your data flows.
