Find all data sources in published Power BI reports
- 1 year ago
We are not on a cloud based yet so this explains I don't see anything in OneLake. I guess we can close this discussion and I will continue to hunt for other solution.
Hi tracyhopaulson,
Please find below an alternative solution along with the steps that may assist in resolving the issue:
Power BI provides a feature known as the OneLake Catalog, enabling users to discover existing data and reports within their organization.
- Navigate to the Power BI service and select OneLake from the navigation pane.
- Open the OneLake Catalog, where you will find a list of data items accessible to you. You can filter this list to display all items, your own items, or those endorsed by others within your organization.
- By exploring the datasets and reports available in the OneLake Catalog, you can review their details to gain insights into the data sources they utilize.
This approach offers a user-friendly interface for exploring and identifying data sources without requiring scripting or advanced technical expertise.
