Find all data sources in published Power BI reports
- 1 year ago
We are not on a cloud based yet so this explains I don't see anything in OneLake. I guess we can close this discussion and I will continue to hunt for other solution.
Thankyou, Deku, for your response.
Hi tracyhopaulson,
We sincerely appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
In addition to the response provided by Deku , please refer to the following methods that may assist in resolving the issue:
-
Administrators can navigate to the Power BI Admin Portal and access the Datasets to review data source details. This method offers a user-friendly interface for monitoring data sources without requiring scripting.
-
For a smaller-scale solution, each Power BI report can be manually inspected in Power BI Desktop to view its data sources. While this approach is not scalable for large organisations, it can be useful for ad hoc verifications.
If you find our response helpful, we kindly request you to mark it as the accepted solution and provide kudos. This will assist other community members who may have similar queries.
Thank you.
