Filters working in PowerBI Desktop, but not on published reports

I have a number of published web service reports that seem to have spontaneously broken sometime in the past 48 hours. Interestingly, it's not the whole report - but various tables and charts throw an "Unable to connect to data source" error, where other parts of the same report remain intact.

As far as I've been able to establish, the broken tables/charts all have some sort of filtering on them (e.g. Top N).  The reports render flawlessly in PowerBI desktop.  Specifically, I have a table that displays Top 1 rows, which throws the data source error.  If I remove the Top N filter (in this case, on a date/time column), then the table renders fine (albeit with multiple rows).  Prior to yesterday, this had been working for > 12 months.

The thing I can't figure out is that when I look at the report via PBI desktop, everything renders fine with the filters.  It's only via the web service, and only when the filters are in place that elements of the reports break.

Has anyone observed something similar over the past couple of days?

Thx.

Wayne

I have the same issue. The filters on the first page broke when I refreshed the data.
