Filters on published report
Just in case. I said you should "enable" that setting. You are saying "yes it is disabled". Make sure you check it, publish and overwrite the report. That will always open the report in default state without the need of clicking a reset button.

Hi. You can prevent the reports to let users save filters when closing to restore everything to default (last save of the report). At Desktop or Service. In Desktop go to options and check this one:
