Filters not synced between Power BI Desktop and Service

Good day,

I have developed a report in Power BI Desktop and published it to the Power BI Service. Two of my visuals are card visuals that have 4 filters on them. On Desktop the filters are applied and work as expected, however, when I publish them to Power BI Service one of the filters is not reamining with the value that I have applied to it on Power BI Desktop. I tried both Basic and Advanced Filtering on Power BI Desktop and when published to the Power BI Service the Filter doesn't keep the value set on the Power BI Desktop.

Any assistance to resolve is appreciated.

That's odd. Perhaps you have a Personal bookmark that was saved automatically. Trying resetting to default in the Service and see if that fixes it. Otherwise perhaps if you could post some images of what is going on. Failing that, You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

@Greg_Deckler so your suggestion to "Reset to Default" worked. I'll mark your answer as the solution. Thanks again for your quick response.

Hi @Greg_Deckler. Thanks for responding so quickly. I just uploaded images of the issue if you want to take a look. Thanks.
