Filters missing after publishing to server

Has any one else had this issue?

My first tab has filters that should show on all pages.  They do except for the first one.

I do have bookmarks and I actually created a copy of the file and deleted the bookmarks to see if that was the problem but the filters are still not showing on the first tab.  I have no idea why.  Does anyone else?  

The first pic shows the filters that should be showing.  The 2nd shot is showing no filters, not even a collapse option to see  them

I figured it out.  I

Under the roller for the page under Filter Cards (I belive), there was a setting that was preventing my filters from showing.  So frustrating.

All good now though!
