Filter not working on visual on Power BI Service

Hi Folks,

I have made a very single report to  measure the progress of the documentation that departments have been loaded in a repository for a certain accreditation.

Everything goes fine until building the accreditation control and his filters. I have set up my visual as below:

The filters I have used on this visual are the next:

This means that I want only filter those accreditations that are active and haven not been concluded yet. I Power Bi desktop works fine:

When I go to Power BI service, the first time the report looks like in Power BI desktop.

But, if a I reaload the page or I click on the refresh button, my second option "Recomendaciones CNEIP 2021" of my visual "Acreditación" disspear.

I have clean my cache, used a fresh install of other browsers and the issue is the same.

Someone has experience something like this?
