Filter conditions disappeared in Power BI Service

Hello everyone! 

We have some problem with filtres in Power BI Service.

We have home page in which you can select other hidden page and we have filter conditions with dates (years, month, day etc.).

So, when we publish report in Power BI Service our conditions dissappeared or select another values.

after publishing (any changing in PBI Service too)

Did anyone have similar problems and how did you solve them?

It is also callled persistent filters which means it will keep the filters you have selected.

But, if we choose page from home page with buttons it happen again (we lost our filter conditions).

have a look at the report settings and see if persistent filters are allowed on the report?
